I always been curious about this spot after taking my cars to auto shops in the area for years. Never really thought it was an active store because it's hidden, but after today's visit, I found it does get busy. Today I ordered a fajitas platter, a couple fish tacos, and a chili rellano. The fajitas were packed with chicken and you get the side of beans and rice (and fries). They also give you chips with the meal. The fish tacos were standard, but good, ok for $4. Really enjoyed the chili relleno, and might get it in a meal next time. Overall, food was good, and I was surprised how nice it was inside considering the location. My only issue was that they seem short staffed and take longer because of this.

Wowww this hit the al pastor and quesadilla cravings in one go! Super fresh and delicious al pastor with the cheese pulling going on. Super savory and just so addicting! Goes well with the hot sauce and salsa as well as with the chips and fresh sour cream and guac. They're super kind and threw in an extra bag of chips! I'd definitely come back to try other menu items as well. Would highly recommend!!

I thought this place was japanese, found out it was mexican food. Great prices and ambiance was homie like my boy Pedro's house. Food was good and highly recommend the spicy salsa.

I had been wanting to try Mikasa for awhile now, but did not get the chance to until this past week. Due to the weekday lunch rush, I phoned in my order before arriving. (Prior to placing my order, I scoured their website and menu to try to decide on what to order. There are so many items on the menu that I love and want to try, but had to decide on 1 item.) I almost passed the restaurant (while driving on Valley), and there is no street parking allowed. The parking lot was packed, but I was lucky enough to find one last parking spot at the front. Some cars were even double parked! Deluxe Carne Asada Burrito (1/2 Red and 1/2 Green Enchilada Sauce) includes a small bag of chips w/ salsa $1 Small bag of chips Agua De Melon/Melon Aqua Fresca I was greeted immediately as I stepped inside and boy were they busy! On the table, in front of the register, I noticed a bag of chips and decided to get one bag. It was such a nice deal of $1! They were so fresh and perfectly crispy, can tell that it was fried from their tortillas. When paying, I did not notice there would be a credit card surcharge of 3%, until after I received the text for my receipt. (FYI for those just in case!) The Deluxe Carne Asada Burrito w/ Enchilada Sauce came HOT, so hot that the styrofoam container was warped by the time I arrived back at my office, which was only a few minutes away. I did not know that a small bag of chips and salsa were also included with my order, but I do not regret purchasing the extra bag of (very fresh and delicious) chips! The Agua De Melon was so refreshing as well! Everything in my meal was the perfect comfort food that I expected. I do wish that there was a bit more carne asada ratio compared to the rice, and also wish that the carne asada was a bit of better quality - some pieces were a bit too chewy and inedible. Other than that, the flavors were delicious! Overall, I would most definitely come visit again and cannot wait to try other items on the menu, especially with reasonable menu prices. The customer service was great, even though I had a short interaction. Parking is a challenge but great food and great service will bring me back.

This place is so good!!! I came here looking for a burrito and ordered the El Classico with steak and half green / red sauce. It was HUGE and TASTY!!!! It was so good I came back the next day and got the same burrito but with carnitas!! I'll definitely be back here, very busy place with phone orders as well but worth the wait!

Another delicious meal, this time Carne Asada Burrito (all meat) mixed with a tasty smoky salsa. The smell and taste reminds me when my grandma (from Albuquerque) made her salsa and homemade tortillas. Because I wanted more of the salsa, I ordered 2 tacos de Al Pastor. Excellent service from this family owned restaurant.

Sometimes some of your best meals are found off the beaten track. Such as this place. You could easily drive by and miss it off you're not looking. Butt once inside you place your order, sorry down D wait for your Ford that comes out surpassingly quick and it's piping hot. Can I just tell you that the Al pastor is seasoned perfectly. Full of flavor and the carne asada tacos that I ordered we're just as delicious. The owner I think it's very hospitable and welcoming, treaty you like you're a guest inn the house and makes sure you have everything you need. Go have yourself some great Mexican food and support this local business

對自己來說，家鄉風味的台灣美食就是自己的 Comfort Food，吃來帶有補足身心疲憊的功效，但在美國南加州居住十多年後，那隨處可見、口味強烈的 Mexican 墨西哥風味美食 也逐漸變成自己的心頭好。在下班後疲憊又飢餓時，可以用 經濟實惠 ＄ 的價格來擺滿一整桌的食物，來自五顏六色的醬料與多種口味香氣豐富的捲餅餡料，那滿佈眼眶將視線塞滿的滿足感與喜悅的心情瞬間湧現，彷彿在空氣中飄散著粉紅泡泡一般。 要不是因為疫情期間經常點用外送，自己很難發現這間在 核桃市 Walnut 被辦公室與廠區圍繞的墨西哥餐廳，但卻是在當地工作上班的人都十分熟悉的一間店。各種家常墨西哥料理不僅美味也價格實惠，每日現炸的玉米脆片 Nochos 搭配多種新鮮手工製作的醬料更是讓顧客絡繹不絕。 多種口味的墨西哥風味果汁飲品也是搭配口味重的墨西哥美食時不可缺少的，讓口中儘量保持清新的氣息。以家常墨西哥料理為主的菜單，包括多種肉類與海鮮餐點可以選擇，價格也都不貴 一包一包的玉米脆片擺放在門口台子上，讓在店內吃不過癮的朋友可以買回家享用。這種店家自製的玉米脆片，有別於一般在超市所購買的，濃郁的油香氣息在一開袋時就可以聞到，鹹度也恰到好處，脆度更是讓人吃著嘴裡發出咔滋咔滋的聲響，搭配各種店家自製的醬料會讓人很難停止進食的動作，但也要多注意這種餐廳自製脆片油膩程度與熱量都很驚人，搭配清涼的飲品一起吃比較不容易上火。 玉米脆片除了本身香脆好吃，各種口味鮮明、顏色鮮艷的醬料也是提昇美味、功不可沒的配角。通常自己會對其中某種醬料特別有印象，但這裡的醬料都非常好吃，無論是辣椒火烤過逼出焦香的辣醬，或是口味酸爽清新的蕃茄沙沙醬。 沾醬不僅是用來搭配玉米脆片可以突顯美味，搭配各種肉類餡料也是一絕。這裡的軟皮 Taco 單價並不是最低的，但用料都是真材實料，可以品嚐到咀嚼肉塊時的濃郁香氣。 這裡的 Carne Asada 牛肉餡料很好吃，但經過醃製、吃來香甜的烤豬肉 Al Pastor 風味更強烈，推薦給喜歡重口味的朋友。 體積碩大的 Burrito 則是可以讓人將喜愛的口味餡料盡收肚皮、吃得飽又吃得過癮的選擇，選用乾式或是淋上大量醬汁的溼式作法，不同的口味感受但都讓人吃到眼睛瞇成一條線、充滿飽足滿感的喜悅。 一半的青辣椒醬配上一半的紅辣椒醬是必須的吃法，同時透過青辣椒的酸香與紅辣椒的刺激來提昇用餐的樂趣。 這裡的 Tamale 墨西哥玉米粉粽也是料多味美，裡層包裹著足量的豬肉與辣醬，外層再淋上大量的紅辣椒醬汁與起司，打開餐盒後在那混亂的視覺畫面中，飄散出的香氣卻相當誘人。 Machaca 口味的捲餅也是另外一道值得推薦的美味，用甜椒和洋蔥烹製的牛肉，撕成一絲一絲的，再加上新鮮洋蔥和香菜，時而清香時而濃郁，讓味蕾喜悅無比。 點用單純的起司或是升級加上肉餡的口味，這份墨西哥風味的起司酥餅 Quesadilla 專治的就是食慾不振，奶香麵香越吃越香。 墨西哥蔬菜牛肉湯 Cocido 裡頭豐富的食材用料，肉類與蔬菜交織出怡人的鮮美風味，不需要高昂的花費就可以感受滿桌食物帶來的饕餮盛宴，這也墨西哥風味美食在當前物價飛漲的大環境中，特別難能可貴之處。 一日之計在於晨，如果一天的開始是從獨享一份包滿大量雞蛋、辣味香腸、米飯的早餐 Burrito 的話，當天的午餐也不需要煩惱了，心情與肚皮的滿足感受可以延續到深夜。 高溫油炸的玉米脆片越吃越過癮，但喉嚨上火腫脹的感覺也越來越明顯，加上其它餐點也都是重口味的美食，這時需要的就是喝一大口冰鎮的 Agua de Jamaica，也就是亞洲常見的洛神花茶，酸甜清涼解熱消暑，又是一條好漢！
